“History On The Move: One-room schoolhouse en route to Faust Park”
A 127-year-old one-room school cabin is getting a new home in Chesterfield.
A structure previously known as African School No. 4 in the Chesterfield School District is being relocated from its current location on private land on Wild Horse Creek Road, where it served as a one-car garage, to the Historic Village at Chesterfield’s Faust Park. According to St. Louis County, the property is being donated by Muwafaq Abdel Baset.
